GENERAL
I have the right to decline any project that I would feel incapable in producing my standard of musicality and/or sound.
If I am not confident about said genre or project, I will be upfront and willing to provide some test demos before starting!PAYMENTS
Prices will vary depending on complexity desired.
Payment plans are available upon request, depending on the situation and commission.REVISIONS
2 big revisions are available before additional fees.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Delays will be communicated accordingly.
All final exported projects will be .wav but can be exported as other file types upon request!USE
All created work is available for personal use in videos, streams and other projects with appropriate credit! Unauthorized use such as usage in anything involving reselling, hate speech and malicious intent will result in immediate action and DMCA takedown.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I keep commercial rights to the music I produce, unless stated otherwise in a written contract.REFUNDS
Once payment is received, there will be no opportunity for refunds.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Commercial rates will apply if the song is being distributed on streaming services or otherwise generating revenue in any way. Commercial projects will follow a different pricing model and will be determined on a case by case basis. Royalty split is negotiable, but will generally fall under the 15%-40% range.
